MINIMUM OPENING ORDER: USD$150

MINIMUM RE-ORDER: USD$50.00  Minimum quantity reorder same as above

Orders with items that do not meet minimum quantiy may be increased to the minimum requirements. 

I. Payment Terms

     A. First order is Cash/Money Order of Prepayment. We accept Mastercard, Visa or American Express.

     B. Mastercard, Visa or American Express, money order and/or checks are accepted for prepayment orders only.

     C. Request for N30 day terms must have an initial order of $350.00. Net 30 Terms are factored through CIT Commercial Finance (Allow 1 week to process).

      D. There will be $35.00 charge for returned checks.

II. Shipping and Freight Terms

     A. F.O.B. Summerville, South Carolina via UPS & Federal Express.

     B. Backorders will be kept on file for 6 months unless cancelled. Once backorder items become available, it will be shipped automatically without notification. To get notified on backorder shipments, instruction must be indicated on the original.

     C. Applies to shipments within the continental United States

III.  Change of Address: Rosalina must be notified in writting via mail, email, or fax for change of shipping address. Changing address on your order does not qualify as a written notification. You may be asked to resubmit retail license with new address.

IV. Claims Damage

• All orders are FOB Summerville, SC, and at such risk of damage or loss in transit is the buyer's responsibility.
• The buyer must file a claim with the carrier. You must notify them and save all cartons and packing material involved, otherwise claims cannot be made or credit given. All claims to carrier must be reported immediately for carrier inspection, and a report must be filed.

V. Return Policy

• All returns must be authorized and must obtain return authorization number which should appear on the outside of the package.
• Factory defective merchandise must be reported within 10 days of receipt.
• A 15% restocking fee may be charged for returned merchandise.
• No sale or discontinued items are accepted for returns.
• In house credits only. No cash refunds.

VI. Pricing

• We make every effort to be accurate in our listing but we can give no guarantee that they are accurate in every aspect. Changes occur between preparation and publications of catalogs and price listing. Human error could also account for inaccurate pricing.
• All prices are subject to change without notice.
• We replace missing characters on toys upon request.
• Merchandise remains the property of Rosalina, when not paid for.

VII. Publication

Due to different  computer monitor specification and publication inconsistencies, please note that colors may vary between catalogs and the actual product. To see more accurate information on the product material, please visit us at one of our showrooms during scheduled trade shows.

 VIII. Cancellation

• If you wish to cancel an order(s) or backorder(s), please notify us via fax or email, otherwise your order will be served. Please indicate the order number or sales order number on your notification. A 15% restocking fee may be charged for returned or refused shipment.
